The workout is very simple: you have to do 10 exercises in all for ten repetitions.
You will only need a mat.
You can do this workout at home, in the park, in the garden.

Start in a four-way position and do the cat and cow for ten reps.

Second exercise: alternating leg and arm lifting
Still in the same starting position, raise your left arm and right leg 10 times, then switch to right arm and left leg.

Go from four-legged to downward facing dog ten times in a row.
