How can you not laugh at the food choices of certain celebrities?
It seems they do it on purpose to hurt themselves, and the beauty is that these behaviors of theirs, heralded in magazines and on the internet, have the power to confuse the ideas of many people. When, on the other hand, a correct diet would be enough to be able to lose weight and stay healthy forever.

We think that if celebrities, who have money and beauty, go on a diet like us mere mortals, who knows which diet gurus they will have turned to. And maybe by imitating them a little of that infused science will also fall on our heads, with the relative abandonment of common sense.

Unfortunately this is not the case. The celebrity may have money for beauty treatments and private coaches, maybe, but she doesn’t necessarily have to be a nutrition expert or rely on competent people.

Yet, there are many stars who have also been healthy for years, who have turned to the right people, who don’t do trendy diets and who don’t take drastic measures.

has also chosen not to have drastic diets, apart from having breakfast almost for lunch.

In fact, in the early morning he does not eat anything, but around eleven he has breakfast with a porridge or a toast with eggs and avocado, for lunch and dinner a protein dish with vegetables, for a snack and snack vegetables or fruit with almond butter, once a pizza week.

I have mentioned three very beautiful actresses and much loved by the public, who however have chosen to do a healthy diet and exercise like all of us other poor mortals.
