Vira Carbone’s anti-cellulite diet: the weekly menu

Appeared in the weekly Dipiù, the anti-cellulite diet sponsored by the presenter Vira Carbone and developed with the collaboration of the nutritionist Annarosa Petraroli, is a two-week diet, which allows us to lose up to two kilos but which is designed to combat accumulations of localized fat and in particular cellulite. The food plan is in fact low-sodium and draining, and is an example of an anti-inflammatory diet. The anti-cellulite diet can be repeated for two weeks in a row, and then must be repeated after two months of normal nutrition, until the excess fluids are slowly deflated and the extra pounds lost.
