Drain the beans from the jar very well, they must be pretty dry. Put them in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients, then pour the mixture into a small baking pan that will allow you to make five identical pieces, not before having lined it with parchment paper. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes and cut the mixture into 5 bars when it is completely cold.
