Vegan cappuccino with almonds and matcha

Vegan cappuccino with almonds and matcha

A vegan cappuccino with 66 calories per cup, but without coffee.
Ideal for those looking for both an alternative to coffee and for those who do not want to drink only a soy cappuccino as a vegan cappuccino, this almond and matcha-flavored cappuccino is the perfect and tasty solution for breakfast.
Packed with antioxidants, it surpasses a cup of green tea in health benefits and has a deflating effect.
It is also very good!
Here’s how to prepare the vegan matcha and almond cappuccino according to the recipe of nutritionist JJ Smith .

VEGAN CAPPUCCINO WITH ALMONDS AND MATCHA

  • Ingredients for a vegan cappuccino.
  • Two teaspoons of matcha powder.
  • A light sprinkle of ground ginger or turmeric plus a small pinch of pepper.
  • 250 ml of sugar-free Alpro almond milk.
  • A heaping teaspoon of agave syrup or rice / barley malt (optional, in case you want to add stevia, the 37-calorie cappuccino),
  • 1 tablespoon of water. Method.
Mix the matcha powder with the tablespoon of water, the ginger powder, the teaspoon of agave or malt syrup in a large cup (American mug type). Separately, heat the almond milk in a saucepan, turning it off just before boiling.
Gradually pour the milk into the matcha mixture, mixing well.
    Enjoy it now!
