Today I’m talking about Triphala.
A mix of three plants that in the Ayuverdic tradition is considered a great ally to detoxify the intestine and reduce swelling, constipation and body weight.

Triphala is a blend of three Indian herbs that is considered to be a great remedy for detoxing and aiding regularity.
And it has rejuvenating benefits by acting on the bacterial flora.

Triphala is a natural rebalancing.
Helps the body get rid of excess toxins, deflates, fights constipation and reduces stress, stimulates weight loss.
It also nourishes the good bacteria of the intestine, reduces cholesterol and high triglycerides, dampens the sense of hunger.

TRIPHALA: WHAT IS IT?

Triphala as I said is a blend of three Indian herbs.

There are three main types on the market .
The Swalpa, the Madhura and the Sugandhi.
The latter is used more for constipation sufferers.

Generally, however , under the name of Triphala we find a basic blend of these three herbs.

  1. Amalaki.

  2. Haritaki.
