Light tiramisu : 3 recipes to try absolutely if you want to enjoy a small sweet treat without sin. One recipe is more traditional, the others are 2 alternatives with easy ingredients and a greedy and fast result.
TIRAMISÙ LIGHT YOGURT, RICOTTA AND COCOA
For 6 portions
6 packs of pavesini with cocoa or coffee
15 grams of bitter cocoa
4 tablespoons of Truvia
2 packs of light ricotta Santa Lucia or Granarolo
2 packs of Greek Vitasnella yogurt with vanilla
a glass of skimmed milk
two cups of coffee diluted in a glass of
rum or vanilla flavored water
Prepare the syrup with a spoonful of truvia, the aroma, the coffee and the water and set aside. In a bowl, mix the light ricotta with the vanilla Greek yogurt and 3 tablespoons of truvia.
Add the glass of milk slowly. In a baking dish make a layer of pavesini after having wet each one with the coffee sauce, arrange them on the base of the baking dish until it is completely covered.
Cover with half of the cream, repeat for another layer. Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa and cover with cling film. Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours at least before serving. Calories per serving: 180
