These 5 days of natural nutrition will make you lose weight
It’s called Five Days Diet Cleanse , and it’s a natural nutrition program created by Dr. J. Fuhrman, the author of the “ Nutritarian Diet ” and the book “Eat to Live” in which he teaches how to lose weight by following a healthy and nutritious diet. These five days of natural nutrition can in fact make you lose weight effortlessly up to two kilos , helping you to reduce the sense of nervous hunger and detoxifying your body from dietary irregularities. Here is the plan to follow.

NATURAL FOOD: 5 DAYS TO LOSE 2 KILOS
Breakfast: a cup of green tea, a cup of fresh fruit (250 gr maximum) consisting of strawberries / cherries / blueberries / raspberries / currants / oranges / grapefruits / kiwifruit of your choice
Lunch: Salad with Choice of the following ingredients:
endive / carrot / radicchio / rocket / beetroot / salad with 1 tablespoon of oil seeds of your choice or 80 grams of avocado and a teaspoon of oil + 80 grams of legumes (dry weight; if you take canned ones 240 gr) with a choice of chickpeas / lentils / beans of all kinds / fresh peas / lupins (if you have problems digesting them, reduce them to puree).
Snack: a smoothie or centrifuged with an orange and a handful of fresh spinach plus a splash of lemon juice
Dinner:a warm vegetable cream with only the following vegetables to combine (choose even one or two / three): cabbage / broccoli / tomatoes / mushrooms / onions with herbs but without oil + a portion of green salad with a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds or sunflower or hemp seeds and apple cider vinegar plus a teaspoon of oil.
Farinata with chickpea flour / peas / chestnut flour (50 gr raw weight) cooked in a pan with fresh aromatic herbs to taste and a teaspoon of oil on top.
