The winter slimming drink
It is called ” cardamom water ” and is an ideal slimming drink to drink in winter and until early spring, as it also has anti-inflammatory properties, is diuretic and fights the swelling typical of the colder seasons.
In particular, cardamom water helps all people who tend to accumulate weight on their stomach and have impaired digestion.
It favors the elimination of waste and toxins that we may have accumulated in the winter months due to parties or mischief here and there. The ideal is to drink it in the morning, precisely because it is in the morning that the body responds best to all detoxification treatments, as both the liver and the kidneys function optimally in the early hours of the day.

CARDAMOM WATER
Method.
Crush (with a meat mallet, but the bottom of a glass or cup is also fine) 4 green or black cardamom shells and with the tip of a knife or a toothpick set the seeds aside. Do not use ready-made cardamom powder. The seeds must be fresh.
Cook the seeds in 300-400 ml of water for about ten minutes. Filter the mixture.
It is possible to add organic lemon zest in the boiling phase.
Drink one glass (150ml) daily every morning on an empty stomach.
