The vegetarian protein diet: off a kilo in 3 days
This vegetarian protein diet scheme is a “green” adaptation of the famous “ jockey’s diet ”.
It can be followed for only three days, having precisely neither fruit nor vegetables, but relying only on proteins and very few fats, even if in part totally vegetable proteins.
Ideal for those who want to lose weight right away, the vegetarian protein diet will make you lose one pound in three days.
3-DAY VEGETARIAN PROTEIN DIET: MENU
Before breakfast: water with lemon juice, a multivitamin (mandatory)
Breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs or 50 grams of aged cheese of your choice or an egg omelette, an egg white and a light thin slice + coffee without sugar but with sweetener.
Lunch: 125 grams of natural tofu or 100 grams of grilled seitan or the same weight of grilled wheat muscle. Boiled spinach with lemon juice or alternatively beet / chicory or mixed salad with apple cider vinegar.
A purifying herbal tea with fennel seeds.
Snack: 50 grams of aged cheese of your choice + a cup of green tea with stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener.
Dinner. 100 grams of vegan sliced (like lupine salami) with lemon juice and a little pepper or omelette of 200 grams of egg whites with a light thin slice or 100 grams of roasted wheat muscle or rice or soy cream cheese.
A sliced cucumber or raw endive in free quantity or a quarter of raw fennel.
On the last day of the diet, we will add 125 grams of red fruits of your choice or pomegranate or strawberries to this plan.
You have to drink a lot of water. Being a crash diet, it is only recommended for individuals in good health.
