DETOX TEA AGAINST HIGH GLUCOSE AND SLOW METABOLISM
Ingredients: 
Two sticks of cinnamon or one teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon powder
One piece of about 5-6 cm of fresh ginger
One teaspoon of turmeric tea. 
Method.
Mix the spices in a container (which you can also do the night before). Add 250 ml of water previously brought to a boil and cover the container.
Leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Drink hot or warm herbal tea in the morning as soon as you wake up.
This spice tea is contraindicated if you have high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems in general, otherwise it is perfect for those with high blood sugar problems and want a remedy to detoxify. The ideal is to drink it every day for at least 40 days.
Then take a break for a few weeks and repeat the treatment.
