For one serving
1 120 ml cup of green tea (concentrated, from a sachet)
12 gr of bitter cocoa
sweetener to taste
a handful of fresh mint leaves
100 gr of natural skimmed Greek yogurt (like Fage 0%)
40 g of blueberries or 30 g of red-skinned grapes without seeds
xanthan gum a tip of a teaspoon (optional, as a thickener)

After making the tea and letting it cool, blend all the ingredients in a blender and drink your smoothie immediately. This fat-burning smoothie is rich in antioxidants: those of cocoa and green tea, but also the anthocyanins found in blueberries and grapes. It provides 13.6 grams of protein for just 120 calories, and is low in sugar. The effect of fresh mint is to stimulate the metabolism and deflate the belly.
