BREAKFAST SMOKE WITH VANILLA AND CHAI TEA
Ingredients for two people
100 ml of almond milk with no added sugar, such as Provamel

100 ml of concentrated tchai tea (prepare the tea and set it aside)
a scoop of vanilla-flavored whey proteins or alternatively 2 jars of vanilla flavored vitasnella Greek yogurt
or one of fage total 0% fat + vanilla flavor to add
a banana previously cut into pieces and frozen (100 gr)
a pinch of cinnamon
a teaspoon of almond butter or 10 almonds
250 ml of water (start with half a portion, if the result is too creamy add
another 125 ml)

Procedure: easy! Prepare a tea, let it cool (green tea or white oolong tea is fine too), then blend all the ingredients in a blender and immediately drink your vanilla breakfast smoothie.
Calories and nutritional values: 219 per serving. 20 grams of carbohydrates of which 16 net, 4 of fiber, 9 grams of fat, 17 of proteins.
