The sun diet to detox and lose one kg a day

The sun diet is a detox regimen to lose one kg a day that must be planned when we have the opportunity to go to the beach or stay in the sun as much as possible, perhaps on weekends.

It is a very low protein and fat free regimen, to be done for two consecutive days, with the particularity of taking a therapeutic and functional sun bath to achieve greater and faster weight loss.
In fact, with the sun diet it is possible to lose one kg a day for two days in a row.

This regimen is associated with another two days with a higher protein content that allow you to maintain the results.
All this can be repeated after two weeks or a month, not earlier.


Menu of the two days of the diet of the sun
Breakfast: A coffee or tea without sugar, cup with a ripe 100 grams banana + 200 grams of strawberries or cherries, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Vitamin B supplement.
Two hours of sunshine.
Snack: A freshly squeezed orange juice + a slice of melon or two apricots + a cucumber.
An hour of sunshine.
Lunch : Salad of grated carrots, lemon juice and 80 grams of avocado in pieces.
One hour walk in the sun.
Snack : Melon or watermelon for 300 grams with lemon juice, a coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner:beetroot salad (250 gr) with lemon juice, cucumbers at will, 100 grams of avocado and mint.
Snack: 200 grams of pineapple or blueberries or cherries.
