The substitute meal at dinner for those with a stomach
A truly effective meal replacement for dinner, which I personally use not so much to reduce calories (I eat it as a first course and then eat a second course) as to deflate the belly: it is made with only two ingredients which, according to recent studies, help reduce abdominal fat when consumed regularly. And they are: tomato and pumpkin. Lycopene

THE DINNER SUBSTITUTE MEAL FOR THOSE WITH THE BELLY
Cream of tomato and pumpkin
Ingredients for one person:
200 gr of pumpkin pulp and 3 ripe tomato sauce (elongated type, red), pepper, half a small chopped garlic or half an onion, 50 gr of green pepper, 600 ml of water, salt, 1 tablespoon of oil.
In a saucepan, cook the chopped pumpkin with the chopped tomato, pepper, herbs, salt and water for about 40 minutes over low heat. Put the vegetables in a blender, put the cream back into the pot and bring back to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot or slightly warm with fresh oregano and a tablespoon of oil.
The calories are just 200! Avoid eating fruit after this meal, but prefer a hard-boiled egg or 3-4 nuts. Have a protein lunch and a protein breakfast of your choice and you have an easy plan to lose weight fast.
