THE SMOOTHIE FOR GREASING:

For a dose
15 ml of royal jelly (you can find it in the pharmacy)
30 gr of instant whole oats or cream of rice / instant whole grains
(of those that are mixed cold, without cooking)

170 gr of Fage whole Greek yogurt or 250 gr of Milbona whole quark
120 gr of very ripe banana
10 gr of grated coconut
30 gr (a heaping tablespoon) of peanut butter / hazelnut butter / almond butter (with a preference for the latter)
1 tablespoon of powdered or chopped flaxseed oil or flaxseed
water to taste to dilute the mixture

Simply blend all the ingredients, and then add a little water to dilute the mixture, up to the desired consistency (otherwise a porridge comes out, which is ok the same): in general, if well diluted, two glasses are to be drunk during the afternoon ( not immediately after lunch or just before dinner) or in the morning, at least an hour or two away from breakfast and an hour away from lunch, or instead of breakfast.
Also ideal for people who cannot chew well and are inappetent.I used it, together with legume and vegetable creams at lunch and dinner, for my husband, when he couldn’t chew for a dental operation and didn’t want to eat. Since he is very thin by nature, in particular cases he loses weight very easily.
