The smoothie to drink after a hangover

The smoothie works because it is rich in vitamins and minerals: in particular, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium, but also in amino acids such as bromelain, which optimize digestion.
Furthermore, it is much easier to hydrate by drinking fruit or vegetable juices than simple water, because in this way the electrolyte balance is restored.
