The slimming and swelling soup: only 100 calories

A simple meal replacement, with anti-swelling action, which can be used in place of dinner, combined with a simple mixed salad with cucumbers and a teaspoon of oil, or at lunch, for those who want to lose weight with a quick and intelligent replacement. It is a slimming soup, because it is low-calorie (it has only 100 calories per serving) and is based on diuretic and draining vegetables which also have an excellent satiating effect. Here is the recipe!

SLIMMING AND ANTI-SWELLING SOUP: THE RECIPE

  • Ingredients for one person.
  • 100 gr of diced pumpkin (raw weight)
  • 100 gr of fennel (raw weight)
  • 50 gr of onion
  • turmeric powder the tip of a teaspoon
  • black pepper
  • little salt
  • a spoonful of coconut milk such as SuziWan, Aroy-D, Rapunzel or Biona
(not the drink, coconut milk for cooking)
  • 80 grams of dried konjac shirataki or 160 grams hydrated (a sachet of hydrated)

Preparation of the slimming soup.
Boil the vegetables after having chopped them raw in a blender and put them in a saucepan with about 250 ml of water (1 cup) and the spices, cooking them for about 15 minutes over low heat.

Turn off and add the coconut milk, then the rehydrated shirataki (better shapes: spaghetti, tagliatelle, angel hair) and for those who want parsley or fresh coriander.

The ideal would be to replace this slimming soup with the carbohydrate dish, then with the usual pasta or rice dish, to easily lose weight and fight water retention.

The other meal must therefore be essentially protein.
A second course of meat or fish (150-200 gr) with leafy vegetables sautéed in a little oil and a small sandwich or a baked potato to accompany. Perfect as a make-up meal if we have eaten too much or plan to do so.
