The shaken coffee that takes away your hunger

I received a Nespresso pod coffee machine as a gift, and I spent the last few days indulging myself with coffee-based recipes , ideal for breakfast but which also had healthy ingredients. My idea was to create good recipes that could give me that extra edge in the morning and be useful even for those on a diet, in order to talk about it on the blog. In this article, I’m talking about a dietetic shaken coffee  that is a real anti-hunger, and a special morning treat. If you wake up very hungry in the morning like me, try this shaken coffee , it is nice creamy and has a quick satiating effect.I got it by modifying a coffee substitute meal recipe (I’ll put the original one too) which includes a mix of spices, coconut milk and a cup of robust coffee, made from some great coffee pods I bought online.

ANTI-FAME AND HEALTHY SHAKERATED COFFEE, THE RECIPE
– A cup of robust coffee, full-bodied and creamy blend (I used the Bourbon capsules ), or a cup of coffee with a strong and intense taste  of your choice
– A tip of a teaspoon of turmeric
– 30 gr (about 3 level tablespoons) of Rapunzel or Probios type coconut milk (remember to mix it well once opened, otherwise you risk taking only the watery part)
– A hint of a teaspoon of powdered ginger
– A generous sprinkling of Ceylon cinnamon
– A teaspoon of honey

Now: this shaken coffee can be drunk both warm and cold. To have it cold and frothy, just add 2 ice cubes to the ingredients. To make it both in the warm and cold variant you can use an immersion blender or a shaker. Just put the coconut milk with the spices and honey (and possibly the ice) in the shaker, close and shake everything quickly for about thirty seconds (very quickly!), Then pour the coffee at last, give one last shaken and voilà, here is your special anti-hunger shaken coffee. 
Why do I say anti-hunger? Because the combination of spices and coconut milk makes it full-bodied and satiating, with the same calories as a sweetened whole milk cappuccino but with a more intense flavor. Try drinking it first thing in the morning, sipping it, while you prepare breakfast. You will immediately feel less hungry than usual. The mix of spices and coffee also makes this shaken coffee a drink rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. Anyone who wants can reduce calories (about 100) by eliminating honey and using stevia or sweetener. It can be accompanied by a light breakfast based on low-fat Greek yogurt and two wasa slices or biscuits with light jam. If you want to get the coffee substitute meal instead

, which is valid as breakfast or, for those who want to make a low-calorie one, instead of lunch, at this point you need to use the blender, and add 10 grams of chia seeds, 25 grams of whole oat flakes or 100 grams of banana, 4 -5 walnuts, and 150 ml of water, a pinch of stevia. It is valid in place of the carbohydrate meal (therefore in place of the meal with pasta or rice dish) and provides just 250 calories.
