PROTEIN FRUIT SMOKE
5 prunes, pitted (40 grams of net fruit)
200 grams of apricots
a handful of fresh mint leaves
300 grams of cantaloupe melon (the orange one) 
the juice of half a lemon
a pinch of cinnamon
