THE SMOOTHIE FOR REMEDY AFTER BETTING
Recommended spices:Â cinnamon, a sprinkle (hypoglycemic) and powdered or fresh ginger (digestive and anti-inflammatory)
100 gr of orange peeled and any seeds, or the same quantity of fresh pineapple
150 gr of Greek yogurt delactosato brand Zymil
a level teaspoon of flax or chia seeds or 4 almonds or 6 pistachios
half a glass of almond milk without added sugar or coconut drink without added sugar (100 ml)
a few ice cubes if you want it frothy
a handful of mint fresh
little stevia to sweeten
We mix all the ingredients:we wait ten minutes before drinking the smoothie, using spices to enrich it.
