The one-day diet before the holidays

Starting from the three days before the Christmas or New Year holidays, I have proposed a diet inspired by the pyramid diet of Danni Levy , an English nutritionist and personal trainer.
A diet cycle that lasts only three days and then is repeated until the ideal weight is reached. This one day diet is designed before the holidays: we can do it on December 23 or 30. We can also use it as a compensation diet after a binge.

HOW TO DIET A DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS

On this third day, it doesn’t matter from when you start it, if for example from lunch the day before until lunch the next day, the duration of the diet must be 24 hours. It is also valid as a one-day diet, ie it can be independent of days 1 and 2. It can also not be done all on the same day.
The important thing is that 24 hours pass from when you start it to when you finish it.

So, even if you have already had breakfast, you can follow the directions for lunch and dinner, and you will have breakfast the next day. Otherwise if you play in advance you can do this diet all the 23 December, and have breakfast and lunch as per diet on the 24th. In this way you cut a thousand calories on the first day and keep yourself light on the 24th
