The one-day anti-cellulite diet

A one-day diet, to be continued up to five consecutive days in the event , to help you fight water retention and deflate quickly: ideal for those who may have exaggerated in the previous days and want to quickly get back in line.

Here is the meal plan.
Breakfast: a glass of warm water with lemon juice, two peaches cooked in a saucepan with a little lemon juice, cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey, two rice cakes.

Snack: a birch tea. Raw vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, fennel.
Lunch: 50 gr of rice (raw weight) or barley or spelled with carrots (100 gr) and steamed zucchini (200 gr) + 100 gr of steamed chicken breast and two tablespoons of oil in all, aromatic herbs and spices to taste.
Snack: a dandelion and fennel tea and 4 almonds:
Dinner: leek and onion soup (stew 250 gr.max in a little water and a teaspoon of oil or butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg; when cooked, blend everything and sprinkle with a tablespoon of parmesan) + sea bream or hake 200 g with a teaspoon of oil.
After dinner , a birch and fennel tea. 

How to extend this plan for five days?
In addition to the substitutions already written in the program, it is possible for dinner to vary the vegetables with 300 g of green leafy vegetables (lettuce, watercress, spinach, chicory, endive) sautéed in a pan with a teaspoon of oil or 200 g of champignons. The fish can be varied with the same quantity of white fish or with 300 g of cuttlefish, baby octopus or octopus or shrimps; alternatively, also good 200 gr of low fat cottage cheese.
