The nutritionist’s Metabolic Booster slimming drink

A recipe for a slimming drink that should be drunk in extract or centrifuged, and which combines the action of spices with that of vegetables.

Dr. Berry suggests drinking this slimming drink for 7 days, to help metabolism, improve digestion, deflate quickly.

It is best to drink it in the morning instead of a mid-day or mid-afternoon snack.


  • 2 red beets (fresh) for a total of 250 grams
  • one medium carrot
  • 1 yellow grapefruit or half a lemon + a small orange
  • a generous pinch of dried chili powder or a seeded fresh red pepper
  • 1 level teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • About 2 cm of fresh ginger root.

First cut the vegetables and put them in the juicer.
Then drink the juice mid-day or mid-afternoon.
It is normal for you to feel warmer after drinking this slimming drink, explains the nutritionist, precisely because it has a thermogenic effect thanks to the spices, and is supported by simple sugars which in this case are preparatory for not having a stress reaction. Vitamin C, with its strong antioxidant action, also supports metabolism.
Ideal, she says, to lose half a kg to an extra kg per week if we are on a diet. Calories of juice: 160.
