The natural summer diet for weight loss: rotation diet
Summer is a magical time to try to lose weight: not only does the open air and the climate help us eat less, making us prefer fresher and more seasonal foods, but it is easier to enjoy the rays of the sun that stimulate our Vitamin D production and at the same time it is easier to naturally reduce stress and adjust mood.
In short, in summer, you are more active, eat more fruit and vegetables and have fewer pangs of hunger .
All of this obviously contributes to weight loss. And with this natural diet, promoting weight loss already facilitated by the summer will be child’s play, without repercussions on health, without drastic cuts in calories, with the possibility of having a free meal a week and customizing the diet.
In particular, this regimen is inspired by three dietary trends: an eat clean diet, a vegan diet and a diet rich in foods that contain sirtuins or sirtfood diets.
The rules of the summer rotation diet are very simple.
There is a pattern to follow, which is customizable, and you have to avoid a series of foods from Monday to Saturday.
Sundays include a free meal for lunch or dinner. The scheme includes high carbohydrate (and vegan) days alternating with more protein and nutritious days according to the eat clean regime.
All with a view to natural nutrition.
Finally, snacking on foods rich in sirtuins will make weight loss easier.
