Recipe of the pineapple slimming green smoothie
For one serving:
100 grams of fresh pineapple (or canned but not in syrup: the fresh one is better)
the juice of half a lemon
a teaspoon of Truvia or stevia
250 grams of celery ribs, clean and well washed
100 gr of very ripe banana
half a glass of low fixed residue mineral water
a piece of fresh ginger (optional) and a handful of fresh mint (optional)
Procedure: blend all the ingredients starting from pineapple, banana and celery, then add the stevia, ginger, mint and finally the lemon juice and water. You can drink it straight away or keep it in the fridge for a day or you can use it as a smoothie on the go, that is, we can put it in a bottle and drink it for lunch: just shake it before drinking it.
