The January fast diet, as the title says, is a quick cleansing diet to be done immediately after the New Year, and to be continued for a maximum of 3-4 days. It is a remineralizing diet, purifying the liver and intestines, with vegetable juices or smoothies and small meals that will not make you feel hungry. It also allows you to lose weight very easily!

THE FAST JANUARY DIET, DIET AFTER NEW YEAR’S EVE.

The diet can also be repeated once a month, as a maintenance plan.
It involves various detox phases that must be followed faithfully.

PHASE 1: PRE-BREAKFAST DETOX

  • It starts with the juice of half a lemon squeezed in a little water.
  • It is followed with a smoothie or a centrifuged which can be of two types.
    One based on two celery sticks, half an apple, a cucumber.
    One based on half fennel, one carrot, one cucumber.

We can add fresh ginger or cinnamon to the smoothie.

PHASE 2: BREAKFAST

From phase one to two it is necessary to wait about an hour.
You can drink a cup of green tea or coffee in the meantime.
Breakfast is simple: two kiwis or a cooked pear or a cooked apple.
At least two hours must pass from breakfast to lunch.

PHASE 3: LUNCH

A plate of vegetables of your choice sautéed or stewed with a teaspoon of oil.
A 112 gram tin of natural tuna or 60 grams of smoked salmon or 100 grams of chicken breast or 70 grams of grilled natural tofu or bresaola for the same weight.
You can add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, herbs and spices.
Little salt. A herbal tea of ​​fennel seeds with a little stevia. On a day of your choice, konjac shirataki can be added.

 

PHASE 4: AFTERNOON SNACKS

6 almonds, 11 pistachios or 6 hazelnuts.
Two cucumbers.

PHASE 5: DETOX DINNER

  • A vegetable cream obtained in this way, by choosing a combination.
  • Stewed fennel and onions in a cup of meat or vegetable broth, and then pureed.
  • Pumpkin and leek stewed in a cup of meat or vegetable broth and then pureed.
  • Stewed tomatoes and peppers in a cup of meat or vegetable broth and then pureed.
  • Mushrooms and celery stewed in a cup of meat or vegetable broth and then blended. To the detox cream is added a small second protein based on a large hard-boiled egg or 50 grams of primosale cheese or 100 grams of cottage cheese or 50 grams of grilled seitan.
