Lunch: omelette of 3 egg whites with a teaspoon of oil and 150 grams of spinach or courgettes + a fruit of your choice from 150 grams including orange, strawberries, melon, kiwi, peach. Snack 2: 100 grams of cottage cheese + half an apple or pear. Dinner: cooked asparagus or spinach with a teaspoon of oil, 150 grams of chicken breast or turkey breast with lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil. Snack 3:

a natural low-fat yogurt with added sweetener + 3 almonds or a walnut. 

Tuesday

Breakfast:  200 ml skimmed or soy milk, 2 biscuits with a teaspoon of honey or 2 of jam, 3 almonds, coffee or tea of ​​your choice without sugar.
Snack 1: a cucumber + 3 slices of cooked ham or turkey breast. 
Lunch: 100 gr of white fish of your choice with spinach or asparagus or stewed mushrooms in a level spoonful of oil or butter.
Snack 2: a 125-gram low-fat white yogurt, a 100-gram fruit of your choice including orange, strawberries, melon, kiwi, peach.
Dinner:
 112 grams of natural tuna with a teaspoon of oil, sautéed zucchini with mint and a teaspoon of oil + a kiwi or a slice of pineapple or 6-7 strawberries.
Snack 3: a glass of skim or soy milk + 3 almonds.
