The fast brown rice diet: – 3 kg in 10 days
The Brown Rice Fast Diet is a diet originally known as the “Rice, Chicken, and Apple Diet ” which consists of a drastic, lightning-fast regimen to lose up to, it is said, nine pounds in nine days by eating brown rice for three days. , chicken for three days and apples for three days.
Being very drastic, here is a more balanced and simple alternative useful as a last minute regimen.
This fast brown rice diet combines these three foods in one day, while reducing the quantities that are no longer satiated. The result is a fast weight loss of around 3-4 kilos in 10 days.
But be careful : when I say “weight loss” I don’t mean “body fat loss”. The scale drops, and in fact this is a lightning regimen designed for those who want to lose weight immediately before a vacation or immediately after.
THE FAST DIET OF WHOLEMEAL RICE *
* (for brown rice, normal whole wheat or even red rice and black rice are fine)
The pattern is always the same and must be repeated for 10 days in a row.
Breakfast : a glass of water and lemon juice (mandatory) + coffee or tea of ​​your choice without sugar + a 200 g apple (of any type) cooked in the oven or in the microwave with a little cinnamon. Or: 30 g of brown rice and 100 g of chopped apple cooked in 300 ml of water until the rice is cooked, then blended like a cream and served with a little cinnamon and grated lemon or orange zest. Sweetener is allowed.
Lunch and dinner : 50 gr of brown rice of your choice with 200 gr of lean chicken or turkey breast (alternatively 150 gr of natural tuna or cod) grilled or baked with herbs. A green salad with a teaspoon of oil and apple cider vinegar is allowed, or even raw spinach or rocket.
Snack:Â 100 grams of apple twice a day, cooked or raw + a glass of water and lemon juice.
