It’s called Perfect Body’s Dna, in Italian “The Dna of the perfect Body”. It is a program with a personalized dietary diary of meal plan and physical activity to do at home that contains everything like a book.
There is your name, meals designed for you, a diet to follow day by day and a training program with pictures and descriptions of the exercises.

Basically, it’s a 28 day diet plan for weight loss.
Of course, you can decide to repeat the 28 days if you have more weight to lose.

There is a lot of publicity on social media, so I decided to look at what this personalized diet diary consists of.
Let’s see it together.

THE DNA OF THE PERFECT BODY: WHAT IT CONSISTS OF

As I said, the DNA of the perfect body is a real book, set up as a personalized dietary diary, to be able to make a 28-day diet with training included. I chose to talk about it because unlike other programs, Perfect Body DNA has verified reviews on a very reliable site which is Trustpilot (if you don’t know this review site, check it out before buying anything on the internet, it will make you save a lot of money).

And the reviews, in general, are positive. I also checked those on their facebook page.

What does it mean that the diet plan is personalized?

That when you go to the perfect body DNA site, which is this here,  you will notice that a questionnaire starts immediately, to which you have to answer precisely.

The questionnaire is the secret of this diet diary: you are asked to answer many questions, and to indicate how much weight you want to lose in total. These questions range from the individual foods you eat and which foods you hate, allergies, any health problems, your measurements, how much time you want to spend physical activity, how often you go out to eat, etc.

It then has schematic images where you are asked to click on your typical body conformation and on the points where you want to lose more weight, which are used for the training plan.

After having completely answered the questionnaire, you can select your copy of the book, choosing between ebook and hard copy. The ebook costs about thirty euros, but consider that it is a complete diet with a training plan for 28 days.

Sometimes you only find the possibility to order the ebook, other times you also find the paper option, probably it depends on the shipping times that in certain periods cannot be guaranteed.

If you order the ebook, I recommend that you print it, because in the book you will find complete daily menus and exercises to do.
People who have used this method have managed to lose one to three pounds per week.

Clearly then it all depends on you. It is obvious that if you answer the questionnaire wrong, do not follow the menus or skip the activity, the book does not magically make you lose weight.

Points against the book.

I have also seen negative reviews, especially as regards those who have chosen the option of the book arrived at home: better take it in ebook format and print it, so it arrives immediately. Another negative point is that the customer service is American, the company is not Italian.
