The diet of probiotic enzymes has depopulated in recent years as one of the strangest but most effective diets around. In fact, calories are not counted, but specific foods are consumed that act in the intestine in two ways.

On the one hand, by nourishing the healthy bacterial flora, that is, those bacteria in our intestine that promote weight loss, because according to many scientific studies they are linked to a higher metabolism and a better immune system. On the other hand, the diet of biological enzymes improves intestinal regularity, promotes the drainage of liquids, fighting water retention. And so we get rid of those pounds caused by swelling.

The diet is based on the consumption of foods with probiotic enzymes or prebiotic fibers to awaken the metabolism, regulate digestion, purify oneself, eliminate excess fat . For the diet of probiotic enzymes to be effective, I personally recommend two or three days of transition phase, in which we go to work on intestinal regularity and act with a laxative effect on the intestine. Then we introduce healthy foods for our intestine.

THE DIET OF PROBIOTIC FERMENTS: TRANSITION PHASE

    • This transition phase is particularly suitable for those suffering from constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. It’s called a “probiotic laxative sequential treatment” (source ). In this first phase, lasting two or three days, a sennoside-based laxative is taken and a simplified diet is made, which can be the following.
    • Breakfast.
      Coffee or tea, 200 ml of orange juice, two slices of toast with two teaspoons of honey and 100 grams of skimmed white Greek yogurt or soy or a large egg.
    • Snacks with fruit.
    • Lunch with pasta al dente with a teaspoon of oil and one of Parmesan. A small slice of grilled veal or alternatively 100 grams of drained legumes. Sautéed courgettes or sautéed mushrooms with a teaspoon of oil. Sugar-free herbal tea plus 3 almonds.
    • Dinner with white fish fillet, vegetables of your choice with a teaspoon of oil, a peeled fruit.
      It is best to follow this phase on the weekend or when we are more at home.
    • On the first day we will take 3-4 capsules of this product, two for breakfast and two for dinner.
