The detoxifying and slimming juice in the morning
A detoxifying juice to help us lose weight, to be associated with our weight loss program?
Today I am posting to you the recipe for a detoxifying juice that combines the purifying action of lemon with the mineral salts of vegetables and the anti-inflammatory action of spices.
It should be drunk first thing in the morning for two weeks, then wait half an hour and have breakfast as usual.
Here is the recipe.
DETOXIFYING AND SLIMMING JUICE TO DRINK IN THE MORNING
Ingrediants
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger juice
- one of lemon juice
- a handful of fresh spinach or celery leaves
- 1 cucumber cut into slices, without peel
- truvia or stevia to sweeten
Method.
First you need to buy fresh ginger root and grate it with the help of a blender or a grater.
Take the pulp obtained and place it in the center of a sterile gauze.
Close the gauze and squeeze the mixture well into a clean glass or small glass bowl. We will thus obtain the root juice , which we must then cover and keep in the fridge. It is used for 4-5 preparations.
Then we take a spoonful, add a spoonful of lemon juice and the other ingredients and blend everything in a mixer. The mixture (a large glass) is drunk in the morning upon awakening. It is then necessary to wait half an hour before having breakfast.
The treatment of this detoxifying juice should be followed for no more than two weeks.
