The 7-day anti-cellulite method

An anti-cellulite method that works as a real shock therapy and which must be followed for 7 days up to two weeks to have a more toned and compact skin and a drier physique in a short time. Mission Impossible? Very possible thanks to the nutritional advice of Dr. Natoli and the aesthetic advice of the dermatologist Howard Murad , author of the book “The cellulite solution”.

ANTI-CELLULITE METHOD: Dr. Sharon Natoli’s DIET PLAN
Breakfast: two slices of wholemeal toast with 100 grams of light ricotta or 50 grams of light philadelphia and two teaspoons of apple or plum compote with no added sugar. A cup of unsweetened green tea. Or: 40 grams of oat flakes cooked in 200 ml of skimmed milk with no added sugar + 100 grams of ripe banana and lots of cinnamon, a cup of green tea without sugar. Or: 200 grams of plain yogurt with a 150 gram peach in pieces and a spoonful of muesli, a cup of green tea.
Lunch:mixed salad with 100 grams of chicken breast or turkey or natural tuna + 50 grams of sweet corn or 150 grams of grated carrots, lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil. Or: baked omelette with one egg and two egg whites, diced zucchini and peppers, a piece of diced onion, a teaspoon of oil + 100 grams of boiled potatoes. Or: grilled vegetables of your choice with a teaspoon of oil + two hard-boiled eggs or 200 grams of cottage cheese. 100 grams of red fruits of your choice after lunch. Dinner:

a portion of minestrone with a teaspoon of oil and 100 grams of boiled legumes of your choice + a slice of wholemeal bread. Or: 100 grams of chicken or turkey breast or 80 grams of bresaola / veal with vegetables stir-fried with a teaspoon of oil. Or: 125 grams of fresh salmon / sea bream / natural mackerel with a side dish of 100 grams of fresh peas stewed with 100 grams of sweet or normal potato and fennel, plus a teaspoon of oil. Or: 100 grams of grilled natural tofu with a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and a teaspoon of oil.
Snack:125 grams of low-fat yogurt / a Fitness cereal bar / a 100-calorie protein bar / a smoothie with 100 ml of skimmed milk and a fruit of your choice (maximum two per day). On page two we see the aesthetic remedies of the anti-cellulite method.
