The detoxification diet for the intestine
Today I am going to show you a two-step detox diet designed as a “bowel diet”.
This special detox diet aims to feed the good intestinal bacteria and thus lose weight more easily.
Above all it is useful for reducing belly swelling and improving regularity.

THE DETOX DIET IN 2 STEPS
FIRST PHASE OF THE DIET.
- Foods to avoid in the first phase.
- Foods with added sugars.
- Sweet and carbonated drinks.
- Potatoes, cereals and baked goods or pasta and bread.
- Milk, dairy products and cheeses.
- Sweet food.
The first phase of the detox diet lasts 4 days and allows you to lose a pound.
DAY 1
Breakfast.
A cup of Roobois tea.
Fruit salad with a ripe banana, two red plums or half a cup of red fruits, a kiwi and lemon juice plus 3 nuts.
Lunch.
A carrot and a cucumber cut into pieces with a tablespoon of oil or hummus.
Portion of cod of 150 grams stewed with tomato sauce.
In addition, 150 grams of already boiled lentils, spices and herbs to taste.
At the end drink a decoction of fennel seeds.
Snack.
2 plums or a baked apple and 10 almonds.
Dinner .
Pumpkin cream obtained by cooking 200 grams of pumpkin in pieces and blending it with 100 ml of rice or oat milk and spices to taste.
100 grams of tofu stir-fried with bean sprouts, 100 grams of sweet corn, 200 grams of peppers and a teaspoon of oil.
Finally, a herbal tea with stevia with fennel seeds.
DAY 2
Breakfast.
A cup of green tea, a baked apple with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a handful of red fruits with a pinch of stevia plus 5 almonds.
Lunch.
A leg of chicken in the oven with champignon mushrooms in free quantity, cooked in a pan with herbs and a teaspoon of oil.
Also you can eat 2 dried apricots.
A decoction of fennel seeds.
Snack .
One grated pear and 6 almonds.
Dinner .
Fennel salad with a teaspoon of oil and apple cider vinegar, pea cream made like pumpkin cream.
Plus a flat stomach infusion.
DAY 3
Breakfast.
200ml unsweetened almond milk (or soy milk).
In addition 3 slices of pineapple plus half an orange with 4 chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Lunch.
150 gr of beetroot with apple cider vinegar and mint.
120 grams of roasted veal with 150 grams of sweet potatoes or 200 grams of carrots in puree.
In addition, 100 grams of spring peas stir-fried with a teaspoon of oil and parsley.
A decoction of fennel seeds.
Snack.
Two tangerines or a kiwi, 3 walnuts.
Dinner.
Zucchini cream to do like pumpkin cream.
In addition, 200 grams of legumes (boiled weight) of your choice sautéed with a spoonful of tomato sauce.
A flat stomach infusion.
DAY 4
Breakfast.
A cup of black or green tea.
Fruit salad of two tangerines or a kiwi plus a pear with a spoonful of muesli or one and a half of rolled oats, stevia and cinnamon.
Lunch.
Grated carrots for 150 grams with lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil.
150 grams of turkey breast with sautéed zucchini and flavorings of your choice.
In addition, a decoction of fennel seeds.
Snack.
A small banana and 5-6 almonds.
Dinner.
100 grams of sautéed smoked tofu with 100 grams of cooked white beans, coppery onion and green peppers. Plus grilled radicchio with a spoonful of hummus or guacamole or a teaspoon of oil.
Finally, a flat stomach herbal tea.
Unlike other menus, vegetables are free in this meal.
