THE 4-DAY PURIFYING DIET FOR SPRING

Breakfast:
 200 ml of skimmed milk, sugar-free almond or light soy milk with 40 g of boiled oat flakes and 100 g of grated apple or 50 g of banana in pieces + 25 gr of blueberries, cinnamon and stevia. As an alternative to oat flakes: 30 gr muesli with no added sugar. A cup of green tea or coffee.
Snack:  125 g natural organic yogurt with a spoonful of goji berries or a purifying centrifuge with celery, fennel, ginger and mandarin plus ten almonds.
Lunch: Cream of carrots or alternatively cream of peppers or alternatively cream of pumpkin / zucchini. 
Every day vary with a vegetable cream to be enjoyed warm or cold: cook 150 grams of vegetables in 200 ml of water with 50 grams of potato or sweet potato, add half a glass of skimmed milk (or vegetable milk of your choice) at the end of cooking, a teaspoon of oil, a handful of aromatic herbs and spices. They can be customized with a little onion or garlic. Blend everything and serve with a slice of toasted rye bread. Finish the meal with a cup of digestive herbal tea or green tea with the addition of fresh ginger

Snack: 125g natural organic yogurt with a teaspoon of pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds and a piece of chopped fruit, a teaspoon of goji berries and stevia for sweetening.
Dinner:200 grams of vegetables and vegetables of your choice (recommended by the dietician: fennel, zucchini, endive, asparagus, spinach), sautéed in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, herbs to taste and a little salt. 100 gr (200 for men) of fish of your choice between white fish, octopus or cuttlefish, or alternatively the same dose of chicken, turkey, defatted veal cooked on the grill, in foil or in the oven with a mix of aromas, citrus peel , spices, lemon juice, served on a bed of 100 grams of cooked weight brown rice or alternatively quinoa (double dose for men). A digestive herbal tea with a teaspoon of organic honey before going to bed.
