Winter 3 day diet

Obligatory things if you want to make the diet work:

1) NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR CHANGES (apart from spices)
2) WALK ONE HOUR PER DAY EVEN IF IT IS VERY COLD, SNOW OR RAIN
 (suitably dressed)
3) DRINK AT LEAST ONE AND A HALF LITERS OF WATER A DAY
