  • Please note.
  • If you do this diet after a few days of inaction, starting from day 4, resume your normal diet.
  • But if you want to lose 2 kg steadily and even a little more, do this diet for 3 days, then follow the 4-day pattern from Thursday to Sunday.

DAY 1

Breakfast.

  • Water acidulated with lemon juice. A coffee or tea without sugar.
  • A slice of toast with a teaspoon of almond butter (10 g) or a toast with a slice of defatted ham + 10 almonds. Almonds can also be eaten as a snack.

Lunch.

  • 70 grams of natural tofu sautéed in a pan and served with a little lemon juice and a handful of raw rocket + two rice cakes.
  • Alternatively, green salad with a large can of natural tuna (112 gr) or 70 grams of bresaola, lemon juice or apple vinegar, two rice or corn cakes.

Dinner.

  • A pound of green beans in a salad with lemon juice and parsley, salt and pepper, weighed raw and then boiled. Choice of 100 grams of cod fillet or a pound of grilled chicken or turkey breast.
  • 150 grams of skimmed white Greek yogurt with a large chopped kiwi or two apricots, stevia and cinnamon.
  • Alternatively, a frozen ice cream obtained by blending half a frozen banana into pieces (ripe) with white skimmed Greek yogurt or with 150 grams of natural soy yogurt and stevia.
