The 3-day soup diet to lose 1 kg
The 3-day soup diet is a lightning-fast detox regimen that allows us to lose one pound by eating five meals a day. Ideal all year round, but especially recommended in winter, it is a fast detox diet, rich in fruit and vegetables and complete from a nutritional point of view.
Conceived by the nutritionists of the Dr. Oz Show program, the 3-day soup diet is suitable for those who have exaggerated at the table and want to purify themselves quickly, especially reducing digestive problems, bloating and a sense of heaviness.
The advantage of these soups is that they are not simple minestrone. They are really purifying.

THE 3-DAY SOUP DIET: ONE KILO AWAY
Breakfast.
40 gr of oat flakes cooked in 200 ml of water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes, until you get an oatmeal or porridge cream. To this cream, cold add 125 grams of low-fat white yogurt, a teaspoon of rapé coconut, a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon.
It can be prepared the night before for the day after, and enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
Followed by a cup of tea or coffee with stevia or tic.
Lunch.
Soup in the desired quantity obtained by cooking two large stalks of celery into pieces, three fennel wedges, 400 grams of pumpkin, two large coppery onions, a head of lettuce, a few bay leaves (3- 4), a sprig of rosemary.
Once cooked, everything is passed through a vegetable mill apart from laurel and rosemary.
This is the amount for the three day lunch.
At meal we can use a teaspoon of oil in all and one of Parmesan cheese.
We can enjoy it hot or warm and finish the meal with a fennel seed tea.
Dinner.
A serving of chicken or turkey soup. This too must be prepared beforehand and eaten as a dinner in the following three days. For the vegan or vegetarian option I suggest natural tofu instead of chicken to be cooked in coarse cubes for the same amount.
We can enjoy it hot or warm and finish the meal with a fennel seed tea.
THE 3-DAY SOUP DIET: EVENING SOUP RECIPE

The soup recipe for dinner is for three days in a row.
You will prepare it only once and keep the rest in the fridge. - In about a liter and a half of water + a liter of vegetable or meat broth, cook 200 grams of mushrooms, 2 stalks of celery in pieces, 500 grams of fennel in pieces, a large sliced ​​copper onion, a head of lettuce cut into cloves, a generous pinch of turmeric, a little pepper, all for about forty minutes over medium-low heat.
- Thoroughly pass the mixture in the blender, add salt, put back into the pot and add about 300 g of chicken or turkey breast into coarse pieces, simmer until the chicken is well cooked (about half an hour).
Pepper, season with salt and add a handful of fresh parsley. - Anyone who wants can continue cooking the first phase by adding the chicken pieces after 40 minutes, cook another thirty minutes and only then blend the mixture. I prefer it that way.
- Per serving, therefore per meal, you will use a teaspoon of oil.
Snack: purifying smoothie mid-morning and mid-afternoon .
Here’s the recipe for two glasses: a large cucumber, a sliced ​​orange, a cup of sugar-free pineapple or pomegranate juice.
