The 3 day diet or pyramid
The 3-day diet, or pyramid diet, is a very easy scheme for both losing weight and avoiding excess carbohydrates , thus maintaining an adequate sugar intake which also allows you to keep your weight under control.
Also, once you understand how to follow the pattern, it is very easy to repeat this 3-day diet, whenever we have exaggerated at the table and want to lose a pound or two quickly.
The pyramid diet is a diet that in a three-day cycle (to be repeated) doses the carbohydrates in order to have a first day with a good amount of carbohydrates, a second day with carbohydrates only from fruit and vegetables, a third day without carbohydrates but only protein and a few vegetables.
Then the pattern is repeated for another three days, leaving one free per week.
