Given the low calories, Shilstone’s 1200 calorie fat burning diet is suitable for sedentary women who want to get in better shape right away and have passed the “door”.
This, however, without incurring drastic measures such as giving up carbohydrates, taking dangerous supplements or fasting.

The plan includes 120 grams of carbohydrates, 90 grams of protein and 40 grams of daily fat.
You can do it for two weeks to lose 3-4 kilos, and then repeat it for a maximum of two more weeks after giving yourself 3-4 days of respite.
