150 gr of ripe strawberries
100 gr of skimmed Greek yogurt or skimmed quark or cottage cheese with yoghurt
Half a very ripe frozen banana in pieces (60 gr)
cinnamon (optional)
100 ml of mineral water

Calories: 220.
Procedure: Blend the strawberries with the water and the banana until you get a homogeneous emulsion. Add the yogurt to the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. If you use the flakes, it will become more full-bodied, as long as you put them in the blender along with the fruit.

150 grams of ripe strawberries
100 grams of soft or velvety tofu, also called silk or silken
half a very ripe banana, frozen in pieces (60 gr)
cinnamon (optional)
