Breakfast: coffee or tea, a low-fat yogurt with 2 rusks or 30 g of cereals
Snack: citrus juice or 20 pistachios or 10 almonds
Lunch: 80 g boiled rice with 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and cooked vegetables with 1 teaspoon of ‘extra virgin olive oil.
Snack: low-fat yogurt or a square of black chocolate.
Dinner: a wholemeal sandwich plus a two-egg omelet with spinach.
After dinner: herbal tea.

DAY THREE
Breakfast: coffee or tea, a low-fat yogurt with 2 rusks or 30g of cereals
Snack: citrus juice or 20 pistachios or 10 almonds.
Lunch: a plate of vegetable minestrone without legumes with a teaspoon of oil.
Snack: low-fat yogurt or a square of black chocolate.
Dinner: raw carrot salad with balsamic vinegar, 1 wholemeal sandwich, meat (150 gr) with pizzaiola. A teaspoon of oil.
After dinner: herbal tea.
