Soft milk sandwiches recipe, very easy

Soft milk sandwiches recipe, very easy

A very easy milk sandwich recipe that conquered the web during the Coronavirus quarantine, so much so that the newspapers dedicated articles to us because it went viral. If you too have tried unsuccessfully to make bread during the lockdown, with the recipe for soft milk sandwiches created by an Australian mom and originally published in a cooking group of fb you will be on the safe side.

These are milk sandwiches that include the use of milk and Philadelphia-like spreadable cheese among the ingredients and that are very easy to make. The result is delightful, as can be seen from the photo.

Let’s see how to make them.

SOFT MILK SANDWICHES, VERY EASY RECIPE

Sandwiches Milk

Ingrediants

150 ml of warm milk
5 grams of dry yeast or 15 grams of fresh brewer’s yeast
one egg
300 grams of W 170-220 flour or Manitoba flour
a teaspoon of sugar (optional)
a level teaspoon of salt
50 grams of spreadable cheese Philadelphia type (not light) at room temperature

Method

Dissolve the yeast in the milk with a teaspoon of sugar.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the egg, add the warm milk and the sifted flour a little at a time. Make a loaf and put it to rise for 1-2 hours, until it has doubled in volume.

At this point pour the dough on a lightly floured surface, roll it out just with a rolling pin and make 12 balls of the same size. At this point you can place the balls in a pan next to each other as for a Danube or space them in a lightly floured pan 8 cm away.

Cover with cling film and let rise another 45 minutes. Remove the foil and place the sandwiches on the medium-high side in a preheated oven at 160 °.
After 15 minutes of cooking they will be ready.

Kcal per sandwich. 132 .
