It’s called the Fantastic Four diet, but it’s not dedicated to superheroes, but to the four essential nutrients for a healthy diet.

Carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibers which, combined in the right way, allow you to follow an easy diet to lose weight.

So easy that you can choose how to do it: by learning the trick of the fantastic four to compose your own dishes, or by following the weekly menu. This diet, conceived by nutritionist Kelly Leveque , is in fact based on the balance of the 4 macronutrients to lose weight.

This allows us to lose weight by acting on the glycemic curve, thus avoiding blood sugar peaks that lead to hunger.

The diet, also followed by stars of the caliber of Jessica Alba and Gisele Bundchen, is shown here in absolute preview in Italy.

Weight loss is 4-5 kilos per month and as I said you can decide whether to rely on the menu or do your own thing but following the rules.

THE DIET OF THE FANTASTIC FOUR:
DIET EASY TO LOSE WEIGHT

We come to the first option.

The one on the menu.
The menu consists of 3 main meals which are balanced in protein, fat, carbohydrate and fiber.
The other rule is to eat within a 10-hour span or at the 12-hour limit.

This means that 12 or 10 hours must pass from the end of dinner to breakfast the next day.

Purchase of a vegan protein or vanilla whey blend for breakfast is recommended.
But you can also use Greek yogurt or natural tofu
