Social Start Club diet: a week of Social diet
The Social Diet initiatives are restarting, the program which, starting from an idea by Rosanna Lambertucci , then developed into a weight loss and wellness method that involved a group of experts, by Dr. Pier Luigi Rossi , dietician, who supervised the food part, up to the famous personal trainer Jill Cooper , who instead takes care of giving fitness advice for a more toned body.
To replace the beloved Labertucci, since last summer there is Stefania de Napoli, organizer and moderator, among others, of the Dieta Social group on facebook.
This time the new group is called the Social Start Club Diet.
But how does the Social Start Club Diet work?It is a program that provides a week of free diet, from 6 to 12 February, which can be used by joining the facebook group (click here to register). Once you have clicked to join the group, your registration request has been sent: you will then receive a notification that you have been accepted.
If by entering the page  https://www.facebook.com/groups/DietaSocialFree  you can see the page, it means that you are registered. At that point you just have to wait for Monday 6 February to start the Social Start Club Diet path.
