More beautiful hair thanks to rosemary

It helps regrowth, eliminates dandruff and maintains a natural fold: the decoction or infusion with rosemary is a panacea for stressed hair that needs vigor.

As we know, in fact, rosemary is a plant with antiseptic, invigorating, stimulating and energizing properties.

When applied to hair care it is useful for stimulating the follicles , preventing premature baldness and helping regrowth.

How rosemary tea is made

Rosemary infusion is made simply by taking a couple of fresh sprigs of rosemary, washing them well and boiling them for about 20 minutes in 250 grams of water.

As explained below, other herbs can also be added to rosemary, as appropriate. Before using it on the hair it is obviously left to cool or cool and it is best to keep it in dark bottles, away from light, for a few days.

Uses of rosemary tea

To have naturally beautiful and healthy hair, a tip is to use rosemary infusion in various forms, here are which ones:

After the gentle shampoo , you can rinse your hair with this infusion to get a good natural remedy against dandruff;
as a natural humectant before styling: it makes hair soft and prepares it to face the stress of the day;
in case of dry , brittle and long hair, you can instead prepare a rosemary oil to be used as an invigorating pack;
> if a few boiling thyme leaves are added to the rosemary , a natural anti-hair loss lotion is obtained, to be massaged on the skin every now and then with the fingertips;
to give shineand vigor to greasy hair you can instead add boiling nettle leaves , using everything as a final rinse or lotion.

For whom the infusion of rosemary is indicated

The infusion of rosemary , both fresh but also in dry leaves, is therefore suitable for those with fragile hair, which need tone and vigor and for those who tend to have oily hair and dandruff. It is preferably used on dark, brown or dark hair.

The essential oils of rosemary and lavender also give a good natural scent to the hair, just put a couple of drops in the morning when you brush or or put a couple of drops in a glass of water , dip your fingertips and massage.
