Protein and low carb chocolate mousse
This low carb, protein chocolate mousse is truly delicious and simple to make. With its 150 low calories it is ideal as a snack after training, or for breakfast accompanied by fruit or rusks with a little jam.
Very good and very simple to make, super fast, sugar free.

PROTEIN AND LOW CARB CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
For a portion
15 gr of bitter cocoa
a level teaspoon of agar agar
a heaping spoonful of erythritol or half a heaping teaspoon of stevia (or a few drops of sweetener)
10 gr of neutral whey protein powder (you can also use vanilla, chocolate flavor: in this case reduce the sweetener)
spoonful of unsweetened liquid cream for desserts (20 ml)
200 ml of water
Combine the whey with the bitter cocoa and the sweetener, add the water and finally the cream. Mix well to avoid lumps and pour the mixture into a saucepan together with the powdered agar agar. Put on the heat and stir continuously until it thickens like a custard, turning off when it starts to boil. Pour the protein chocolate mousse into a small bowl and allow to cool to room temperature.
