One day of “straighten the line” diet!

Just a day of diet to recover from a big dinner, a long weekend, a meal that is a little too free. Rich in satiating foods and complete with nutrients, it works as a real reset for those who have exaggerated at the table. Here is the plan. It can be repeated for two or three days without getting bored.

A DAY OF ADDITIONAL DIET LINE!
Breakfast: a cup of green tea with unsweetened lemon juice + two slices of toasted wholemeal bread with 10 g of organic almond or hazelnut butter (two level teaspoons)
Snack: a draining smoothie with a fennel wedge, 200 ml of juice of organic apple, a cucumber.
Lunch: salad of raw mushrooms, parsley leaves, songino and celery in thin pieces, with a teaspoon of oil and lemon juice, plus two soft-boiled eggs and 200 grams of baked pumpkin with a pinch of turmeric and one of pepper, Rosemary.
Snack : an orange or a kiwi or 100 gr of strawberries or 2 slices of fresh pineapple plus a cube of chocolate
Dinner:50 gr of rigatoni al dente with 100 gr of natural tuna or shrimp or chicken and 200 gr of grilled courgettes with mint + 50 gr of julienne carrot added raw, a teaspoon of oil to season everything.
Snack: 5 almonds + a fennel seed tea
