Neo-Magre: Jessica Minelli’s training program

It is called ” The movement of Neo-Magr e” and is the project of the young Jessica Minelli , coach, who offers a free 30-day training program that can be associated for those who also want to a diet program (for a fee, but let’s talk of a modest sum) and that Dcomedieta has tried for you.

Jessica’s training program is a form of bodyweight activity that requires neither gym membership nor weights , but a simple mat and fifteen minutes a day of quiet. It must be done every day, and consists of 5 or 6 exercises to be performed for a duration of 30 seconds each, with a few seconds of recovery: the set of exercises is called “round” and you need to do three a day.

In my case (but I’m trained) Jessica’s training took me ten minutes of my time , but I find it valid for all people and especially women who:

– they don’t have time to go to the gym
– they want results
– they don’t want to waste too much time
– they don’t have special equipment
– they want to lose weight
