There are two eclipses this month : the first, that of July 2, is a solar eclipse in Cancer (10 degrees), the second, that of July 16, is a lunar eclipse in Capricorn (24 degrees). These two eclipses will bring to our attention all those life situations that no longer “reflect” the deep desires and needs of our soul and which therefore could reach a breaking point, even quite quickly. 

To face this period in the best possible way we will have to rely on intuition  that will suggest what is right for us and what is not. Often what we want is in contrast with the divine plan, that is, what is the greatest project of which we are part. 

Eclipses tend to show us which direction to take , and often they do so through people or situations that force us to change course.

If our will is in harmony with our mission, then everything will be simpler , vice versa we will have to expect some jolt that will force us, willy-nilly, to change direction. 

To be involved in the eclipse will be the Cancer-Capricorn axis , the first sensitive and intuitive sign, the second concrete and rational. If the first eclipse will bring something new into our life, the second one will lead us to close a cycle. 

The changes that the solar eclipse in Cancer talks about will involve the themes of home and family, and therefore suggests that we will be able to witness news concerning the house , a relocation, a change in the family. But Cancer is also the sign that symbolizes the sense of belonging and it is therefore possible that this eclipse manifests itself with the possibility of joining a new work group or friends , or people, with whom one feels. more in tune, or with whom to share a common goal. From here, the need to move away from everything that actually feels useless , meaningless, because it no longer has to do with us  , will arise naturally .

The second eclipse highlights the themes of autonomy , work, the sense of responsibility. We are faced with a rational energy, which will help us to choose and decide without falling into the trap of emotions, doing only what is necessary, without discounts or shortcuts. 

For many therefore, the July sky could make us feel the need to create greater stability in our lives , and therefore to make choices that can help us to fulfill ourselves also from a practical and material point of view. To do this, however, it is necessary to take a step back and first understand what are the emotional dynamics that tend to bring us back to the past or that do not make us grow.

This type of recognition is important, if not fundamental, in order not to repeat the same mistakes over and over. To guide us in our choices will also be and above all emotions: everything we feel on an emotional level will make it impossible for us to carry on something that we no longer feel with the heart , because doing so will give us the impression of going “against the tide”, of doing something that is not right for us. 

Put simply: the changes that we will perceive on an emotional level with respect to a situation or a person will be very strong and will force us to make cuts. In many cases it will be about cutting the “umbilical cord”, which makes us dependent on certain situations or people . 

Anything that is carried on more out of need or fear of losing protection, and which therefore tends to keep us stuck in a child state, will have to be let go or transformed .
